Comment 4 for bug 12829

I've searched ubuntu bugzilla and found some bugreports, where people suggest to
use 85Hz:
for example on bug #8817 user, having 17" cheap monitor (hsync is 30-70 kHz),
thinks, that best resolution is 1024x768 @ 85Hz.
