Hi, are this patch works in maverick/natty?

I have building this packages in natty, you can rebuild from this [1]

$ dget https://launchpad.net/~udienz/+archive/experimental/+files/xsplash_0.8.5-0ubuntu3.dsc
$ pbuilder build xsplash_0.8.5-0ubuntu3.dsc
