gtk-vnc and packagekit are unintrusive as well, they just need to switch to firefox-dev for getting the NPAPI headers (which sounds better than having to copy them around). This is a very stable API, so shouldn't cause any porting issues (and if it ever breaks, we would have the same issue with xulrunner anyway). Approved these two.
