  * Set Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Add myself to Uploaders.
  * Switch Vcs-* URLs to salsa.debian.org.
  * Deduplicate *.js in the documentation.
  * hardening.patch: New, append to CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS, do not overwrite.
