* Add QBoobLyrics.

as a python module.

* patches/0002-add-qbooblyrics.desktop.patch: add a patch to create the
missing file 'qbooblyrics.desktop'.
* fix build dependency to pyqt5-dev-tools.
* add build dependency dh-python.
