  * Add patch by Daniel Roethlisberger to fix an issue that caused archives
    using PIC mode to be decompressed incorrectly.
  * Update d/control and d/copyright and use my Debian mail address.
  * Fix vcs-field-uses-insecure-uri lintian warnings.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
  * Bump debhelper compat to 10.
