tellico (3.5.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Backport upstream commit 98027e0d1bc8f737f2371461217eeb3afafd85e0 to
    initialize properly KLocalizedString in the tests, and remove all its
    warning messages at runtime; patch
    upstream_tests-initalize-KLocalizedString.patch.
  * Stop using qtwebengine5-dev on mipsel, as it will be removed soon from
    that architecture.
