  * Fix FTCBFS: (Closes: #1022987)
    + Let dh_auto_configure pass cross flags to cmake.
    + Disable -Wdate-time as it breaks the build with -Werror.

  * Removed Paul Wise from Uploaders
  * Removed the old version of flex from build-depends as we don't even test
    with that, now requires only the new version.
  * Added a patch to stop a SEGV if it can't execute which via popen.  Patch
    has been accepted upstream so will remove in a future release.
