  * Set myself as uploader (Closes: #1065142).
  * Add debian/gbp.conf.
  * Run wrap-and-sort -bast to reduce diff size of future changes.
  * Use dh-sequence-python3.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.2.
  * Use uscan version 4.
  * Convert d/copyright to DEP-5 format.
  * Update year in d/copyright.
  * Test supported Python versions in autopkgtest.
