  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Remove constraints unnecessary since buster:
    + Build-Depends-Indep: Drop versioned constraint on
    dictionaries-common-dev.

  [ Agustin Martin Domingo ]
  * Use dh_* debhelper sequencer.
  * No need for {usr,var}/lib/{ispell,aspell}/hash like symlinks.
  * Bump debian/watch version.
  * debian/galician-minimos: no need to refer to ancient usr/dict
    location.
  * debian/copyright: make DEP5.
  * debian/control:
    - Add Rules-Requires-Root: no.
    - Bump Standards-Version: No changes required.
    - Bump debhelper-compat to 13.
  * Add some overrides.
