  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1073102).  Remaining changes:
    - Build-Conflicts automake1.7, resolves FTBFS. (Closes: #630376)
    - add 08_add-flag-for-O_CREAT.dpatch patch, fix FTBFS caused by
      -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 compiler flag enabled in Ubuntu.
