  * Merge from Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - d/patches/deprecate_libindicator.patch: ported from
      claws-mail-extra-plugins.  Use indicator-messages API rather than
      old libindicate (Sébastien Noel).
    - d/rules: Switch to dh-autoreconf to make it easier to apply this patch.
