  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/patches/e93dccbd43217*.patch:
      + Respect the hierarchy of locale variables.
    (LP: #1538783)
  * debian/patches/missing_include.patch:
    - Add a missing include causing FTBFS.
  * Update translation from git.
