/usr/share/unity-control-center/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html

The file is a part of unity package https://launchpad.net/unity
UNITY-SRC-BASE/plugins/unityshell/resources/searchingthedashlegalnotice.html

It seems the file need to be replaced in ubuntu-kylin-default-settings
