Test case, using Firefox 18 from ppa:mozillateam/firefox-next and an up-to-date Quantal.

- Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/news
- Accept BBC News integration.
- Wait until the Launcher icon appears.
- Open a second tab.
- Switch to another application (e.g. Terminal)
- Click on the Launcher icon.

Expected result:
- Firefox window and BBC's tab are raised.

Current result:
- Tab is switched but Firefox window is not.
