"Aye, that's an old grain silo in the middle of the reservoir. We tried to demolish it 'afore we flooded the river, but darn thing wouldn't go down. Funny thing is, that wouldn't be the last time we fucked up demolishing a grain silo. Anyways, you can walk through the ruins of old town when the water in the reservoir gets low enough, might still be something interesting in there, if ya ask me."
