Comment 2 for bug 709707

I agree, this provides a good solution to a identified problem and fits with user expectations from other operating systems.

Consistency is important, so this change needs to be implemented in the:
- Springboard (what we used to call the launcher)
- Dash
- .desktop files in Nautilus
