Axe-Fx II support
PPA description
This PPA contains packages to properly enable audio on Fractal Audio's Axe-Fx II when running on Ubuntu systems.
axefx2-usb-firmware installs a firmware file and a udev rule which makes use of "fxload" to load the Axe-FX II usb firmware when its first plugged in.
snd-usb-audio-dkms is a snapshot of the ALSA usb-audio kernel module with a patch to properly enable implicit feedback data which helps avoid underruns or overflows in the Axe-Fx II - see USB bar in Utility->Status
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:albaguirre/axe-fx2 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:albaguirre/axe-fx2
sudo apt update
