Update linker-oom-armhf.patch.

Chromium dropped support for Gold linker[1] for the same reason we did
on aea959db8f:

> LLD solves undefined references to Rustlib that were making the build fail
> on Gold.

> We had switched from LLD to Gold in ARMv7 some months ago because the builder
> would get out-of-memory. This is no longer a issue.

The part of the patch hereby removed was thus a no-op left-over and can
be removed without second thought.
