This team is part of the IUS Community Project (http://launchpad.net/ius). Some of it's primary responsibilities are to track upstream updates and ensure that LP Trackers are created for IUS Packages that require updates, as well as to assist developers with work flow. I.e. following up with idle trackers, directing user's to known wiki/docs for issues they've submitted trackers on, etc.
