PPA description

This ppa provides changes to the cdrom_id utility present in udev version 162 that enable rewritable dvd blank media detection and the detection of blank cd media in older first revision MMC drives. To enable these changes in your system it's enough to install the udev package, the other packages are identical with the Ubuntu supported version.
