Test package for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/944347

Applies patch kamal0~1024sectors.patch:

  * Increase GRUB_DISK_CACHE_SIZE from 8 to 1024 sectors for improved
    disk I/O performance.

Note: the build failure on precise is due to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/942185
