A renessaince nerd. I started with home computers in 1983 (programming and lateron with CP/M), wrote my first article to Tietokone magazine in 1983 and continued as free lance journalist till ca. 1999. As an ICT professional since 1988 my specialties include operating systems (nowadays mostly Unix and Linux, earlier CP/M, MS-DOS, Xenix, VMS) data & telecommunications and to some extent software development (C, SQL, scripting, and currently I'm learning ruby - which is just gorgious!). During my career I also have written some technical documents, like user and installation guides for larger systems.
