* Merge these changes from Ubuntu 1.22.9-2ubuntu1 package:
- Stop installing camerabin2 basecamerabin jpegformat - plugins which have
moved to -good.
- Have gstreamer-plugins-bad-1.0.pc Require gstreamer-plugins-good-1.0 -
the package we've moved the referenced plugins to. This maintains
compatibility with upstream software and other distributions.
- Have libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-dev depend on -good1.0-dev
* Revert "Don't ignore dh_auto_test failures on amd64 & arm64" due to random
test failures that have been seen, so ignore all test results for all arch
* Revert "debian/control: Switch to wpewebkit 1.1"
* Revert "Switch from libdc1394-22-dev to libdc1394-dev"
* debian/rules: Change execute_* -> override_* with dh invocations
- Restore unmentioned drop of override_dh_strip target for backport

- Add avtp=disabled config due needing newer kernel (>= 4.19)
* d/patches/: Restore 03_default-soundfont.patch (was added in 1.16.1-1
though dropped in experimental 1.17.2-1 but actually Closes: #929185)
* debian/control: Set debhelper-compat (= 11) BD
- Set libglib2.0-dev (>= 2.62) BD as GLib 2.62 is required (not 2.68)
- Drop libavtp-dev BD (kernel >= 4.19 is required, 18.04 has default 4.15)
* debian/gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad.install: Drop new libgstavtp.so binary
