Service is reloaded after installation/removal of an update package

If the currently running service is upgraded/downgraded it is immediately
reloaded, so it isn't necessary to restart Nuvola Player.

 * Service integration was adopted by Michael Mims and relicensed
   under 2-Clause BSD license (there is no Stefan's GPLed code left).
   Version increased to 3.0.

 * Service switched to Flash instead of HTML5.

 * Ported to NP JS API 2.0.
