It might be that the new version of evolution is not backward compatible with older caldav specifications. I stopped using evolution and use Thunderbird and Lightning. There are some glitches but overall it works.

If you want to use the program, a workaround might be starting from a terminal with: G_SLICE= always- malloc evolution. Its a bandaid, but if it works, the cause might be somewhere in evolution (or one of its many libraries) calling g_free () on memory acquired with the g_slice mechanism.

When starting evolution, pop-ups windows appears : Unable to connect to POP server. If I click Cancel on all of them (for each accounts on different pop3 servers) and then click on Send / Receive there is no problems. evolution : Version : 2.11.92-0ubuntu1. Workaround: Backup your data first!

Outlook Online displays all the events correctly. The EWS plugin doesn't seem to thrown any errors, so people using it may not notice some events are missing. This actually is a bug on the server side, that the evolution developers have worked around.

Bug Description. Unable to connect to office365 server. Pop up window shows message Unacceptable TLS certificate. Before upgrade to 20.04, I was able to send and receive emails. This could be related to limitation to TLS 1.2 in Focal.
