PPA description. Currently, xrdp packages are broken on Ubuntu 18.04.2. You can't install xorgxrdp, unless you downgrade to 18.04 (i.e., no HWE). So, this PPA is only a rebuild of the same "xrdp" source from Ubuntu 18.04.2 itself but, linked against "xserver- xorg-core- hwe-18. 04" and "xserver- xorg-dev- hwe-18. 04", instead of old "xserver ...
