I recently noticed that when I sideload books from Calibre to my Kindle (i.e. connect Kindle by USB and select "send to device" in Calibre), my book covers would appear on my Kindle for a second or two and then disappear, to be replaced by a generic rectangle with the book title on it.

Bug Description. Running Windows 11 22H2. Have always been able to send to kindle, recently in epub format as well without transforming in MOBI. This error appeared suddenly, just a day after successfully sending other epub books to kindle.

Bug Description. azw file fails to convert, maybe takes a wrong turn since error shows up in mobi8 code?? File attached. Failure happened on a slightly prior version of calibre, and also on version 3.11.1. Running OSX 10.9.5. I doubt it matters, but I'm using the brew version of Python: Python 2.7.14 (default, Oct 1 2017, 10:58:55)

I have a MS Word docx, with a table with two columns. The first column is in English (LTR) and the second column is in Arabic (RTL). Upon conversion the Calibre view shows everything perfectly. However, the Kindle App on the iPad show the Arabic words reversed. As a side note the Books App on iPad also works fine. Is there any solution for this on the Kindle?
