Plotting and Sourcing

Very basic plotting and sourcing have been added. Plotting just runs through Sympy's pyglet wrapper. Sourcing provides a callable Sim listed in the Sources column, as with a CSV file, that can be subsequently plotted in the matplotlib tab. Please test!
