OpenMoneyBox deprecate-bilancio-upgrades
Remove code to rename user folders and system configuration from bilancio to OpenMoneyBox:
- Linux (code to update user folder names);
- Windows (installer code to rename system registry)
- Android (code to uninstall bilancio apk).
Remove all wxFreechart references and scripts
