[update] Tropical

Tropical theme have been updated. Same changes for Hardy, Jaunty and Karmic.
What's new?
- New icons pack! The new icon pack use now SVG icons. It reduce the theme size from 15Mo to 3Mo .
Part of the icons are for Humanity, Gnome colors and Breathe!
