BlackTab 0.2.1 Released

Written for blacktab by Blackpaw on 2010-04-25

The first stable release of BlackTab - a simple and to the point extension to add the same options for new tabs as exist for inital konqueror startup, a feature available via the TabMix Plus extension I much miss from FireFox. Bug reports, fixes and suggestions for future features are welcome.
