Hi Guys,

I've had a look at the problem and i can reproduce it. It also still exists in Blender 2.48a.

Perhaps someone with some blender experience and rendering could advice. I see that blender has an option to change the rendering output directory (-o).

Would it work (blender wise / process etc) if we put the renderings in $HOME/.blender/render?

We could easily output the files there in the current users home directory which I believe would solve the issue.
