Bug Description
From a UX standpoint, having some kind of indicator for an instance that cannot be reached from the outside world (such as when there are no ports open, or the source group no longer exists, etc.) would be very helpful and go a long way towards increasing user "trust".

I'm wontfix'ing my own issue, as there's no good way for the dashboard to determine this, and it wouldn't be correct in all use cases for a cloud anyhow. Also, taking this as some indicator of "security" would be even worse.
