If there is still exists data in fixed_ips and floating_ips after floating ip dissociated and released floating ip list request will failed with exception in paste above.

Seems we have additional bug in floating ip release or dissociate function or in instance terminate or fixed ip dissociate.

Any chance you could reproduce the issue on current Folsom ? Since you don't appear to work on it, I unassigned you, please feel free to pick it back up.
