Bug Description

After reviewing a couple of systems which failed the disk_read_performance_test, it turns out that all of them have the same problem. they run this test on usb sticks, mounted as sdb.

The current threshold is set to 15 MB/s but according to this doc (we use this stick to perform SRU) the max read speed is only 8 MB/s:

I see two solutions, we can lower of course the threshold in disk_read_performance_test but also we could to add a requirement to only run disk tests on embedded hard drives (i.e. not removable), leaving to the usb/firewire/* sections the role to perform those tests depending on usb_detect or similar jobs.

This now needs to be backported to Lucid. I'll be working on it.
