Use up-to-date translations at https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-help/

After the latest changes (fixes) to ubuntu-docs source and bringing those fixes to https://help.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-help/ the translations haven't been updated. This causes those changed strings (fixes) to appear in English although the same strings have been translated at https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-docs/precise/+translations
