Bug Description
In order to avoid the creation of "invalid" fault sections we need to change the way they can be generated.
At the moment, the user select one or more fault sections and join them together to create a fault. This fault can not be used as it has all the fields empty.
One possible solution: popup the edit window and force the user to input such fields
Second option: allow the user to save a "draft" fault section, but make it unselectable (and add a visual clue as a marker for such invalid fault section), such that it can not be used to generate a fault
