Bug Description

Hello, here it is small description about this bug.

Anyway, My pc configuration is a pc from asus X71SLseries / CPU:duo PC8400 / Memory: 4GB installed / Nvidia about screen \

I would to tell you that first I could'nt install from a CD contains UBUNTU [12.04 lts, now]- That's why I try to begib with UBUNTU 10.04, then 10.04.2, so 10.10 [but the system indicates 10.04.2 (?)] Trouble about the package was the same [so postfix], as soon I get to updated to UBUNUTU10.10 but I haven't time to go to see by the code, something I could understand by myself, and to talk to community's project then.

So, I do really thank you and... have a good fun, wharever you'd like!

Olivier, a french guy.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu. As such, I'm marking this bug as Invalid.

Specifically, you seem to have set your hostname to something with a space in it, which is invalid.

You can find pointers to get help for this sort of problem here: http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community

If you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem, and then change the bug status back to New.

Thanks!

Changed in postfix (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
