Bug Description
openstack's use script file exports
AWS_SECRET_
AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID as EC2_ACCESS_KEY.
This makes juju and other things that build on the ec2 API but work with openstack, harder to use, because txaws doesn't Just Pickup the credentials.
