System hangs when sending files to another Bluetooth device.

Bug Description

On hardware pack:

with ubuntu rootfs image:

After start to send file to another Bluetooth device, e.g. Android mobile phone, the board hangs. Refer to attachment to get the detailed serial console log output.

The board can be paired with my laptop, but after that, if click the connection to try to turn it on, then first, this action will fail, and second, the paired device (my laptop) will disappear from device list, and then even can't enable Bluetooth any more.

It looks like that the Bluetooth module is currently unstable.
