Bug Description
Hi
I was just attaching a newly created nova-volume to a KVM instance, and used the default target (/dev/vdc),
however, actually doing so turned it into /dev/vdb within the guest, but the UI (I'm using the dashboard for this)
still shows /dev/vdc.
Whilst this looks like a bug, I'd like to know how to fix this, and whether I might run into issues when, once, I want to detach the volume, once again.
Will there be a fix for this in essex, please, too, since I'm using 12.04 Ubuntu LTS in our datacenter, and would rather not like to upgrade too soon to something above Essex yet. :-)
Many thanks,
Christian.
