it seems not to work ....

I added the
      "xxxxxxx,
   firstDay: Date.CultureInfo.firstDayOfWeek"
to
addons/web/static/src/js/view_form.js

And is still the same. when I do a cal -m 09 2012 the fist day appears as monday but on OE it is always sunday...

i'm running OE english in Ubuntu x32 EN

Well we both forgot to mention that Im on OE6.1 ubuntu 10.04 lts and you seem to be on OE 7 Lol ( sorry im not a programmer )

Amit I just added the extra line on diff file onto addons/web/static/src/js/view_form.js I rebooted the machine and made a reconfigure of base module. When you say newer code you mean the whole lot?

I tried with other installs making the locale with first_weekday=2

GTK works fine either on pached or non patched server (ie even with <> locale)

I have checked this Issue with latest 6.1 already. and It's working fine. That's why I have attached the screenshort of 6.1[latest: runbot:(Build 15103)]. would you please check It.

@Team : this patch are solved the Issue of trunk. and all are working fine in 6.1.
