Attached IP list should display instance name instead of ID

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Connect to dashboard
2) Go to "Access & security"
The top table shows Floating IP attached (or not) to instance, however it displays the instance's id.
It would be better to have the instance name

This is fixed in the earlier Folsom milestones. In current master both the name and ID are shown.
