Bug Description

Nautilus does not show previews of wmv3 video files (wmas audio codec), even though Totem-Gstreamer can play these files.

I use a fresh installation of Feisty Beta (32-bit) and have installed the following video codecs.

gstreamer0.10-plugins-base
gstreamer0.10-plugins-good
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad

BTW it would be very nice, if Nautilus wouldn't accept completely black video frames as video preview thumbnail.

I don't think so.

I've reported a video preview (thumbnail) bug and bug #39087 is about audio.

Can't find it on the web again, but the following videos don't work, too.

Does not work with Totem-Xine or Gstreamer:

Works with Totem, but Nautilus does not create a video thumbnail:

Start the video in Firefox and go to "/home/user/.mozilla/firefox/.....default/Cache".
