New Georgian keyboard layouts and enhancements

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config

I have revised the existing Georgian keyboard layouts to reflect the recent change in Unicode Georgian subrange as well as added some punctuantion (like Georgian typographic quotation marks) and Georgian special characters used in contemporary Georgian.

I have also added some new layouts used in various institutions and among some Georgian users.

The changes have also been reported upstream - just wanted to make sure they reach Ubuntu soon enough.

Please let me know if I should also upload the patch to xorg.xml file.

I could only find

Any fixes upstream will eventually come to Ubuntu, so the importance is to get the fixes upstream on time.

Simos, the upstream bug 3332 was resovled in Apr 11, 2007.
