Timezone error in 7.04 beta installation

Bug Description
Not as much a bug as a small error.
The screen that allows you to select timezone says that London is GMT+1, Copenhagen is GMT+2 etc. I don't know if that is because of summertime, but the timezone of London is GMT .. Maybe it's just me not getting it :)

Yes it is because London is currently on summer time, but GMT itself has no summer time. Therefore it is correct.
If it is ok, I will close this bug, since there is no problem.
