network_device_info test driver info could potentially be blank

Bug Description
Some device drivers do not set a Version field. I found this out when working on the audio driver check. For those we should fall back to using vermagic. I've not seen a networking driver that fails yet, but my testing has been limited, so I'd rather just use the safer code from the audio_driver_info script.
