Thank you for your report.
Are you referring to the navigation panel (view > show navigation panel) or the location toolbar (settings > toolbars > location toolbar)?
Does this always happen or only occasionally ("randomly")?

Sorry for my incomplete report and my English.
I refer to the location toolbar (settings > toolbars > location toolbar). The problem is occasionally but frequent. Unfortunately I do not succeed to reply it because verificartion without no particular event.
If I will succeed to obtain greater information, I will reported it here.

I am successful to reply the problem.
When I started a multimedia file from konqueror file manager with kafeine, to the next start of konqueror the problem is presented.

Could you try with a fresh ~/.kde directory?
Either rename the directory or create a new user, log out and log back in, and try to reproduce the problem

I have tried to create new user and with it I have not been able to reproduce the problem.
At this point, can it a my problem?

Yes, it's a profile configuration problem. You can fix it by deleting one of the config files in ~/.kde/share/

I'm not sure which file though. You could try ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc

I deleted ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc twice, no change. The toolbars cannot be added, and the menu bar is missing some options, and the options are in the wrong order. Ironically, Dolphin is already pretty useful (about as good as Windoze Explorer.

I had the same problem, and was corrected by those steps

-Open a terminal in the home directory:
 mv ~/.kde ~/.kde2
-Run Konqueror, keep window open.
-Go to terminal again:
 rm -r .kde && mv ~/.kde2 ~/.kde
- Go to Konqueror window. Save ALL view profiles again (Settings->Save View Profile...)
- Close and reopen Konqueror

Voilá!

Thanks! The problem had already solved itself (magically) but I'll keep
the email in case it happens again. Do you know a way to coerce konqueror
to open with a particular view profile when external applications tell it to
open particular files, like when I click a bookmark in the kicker? I want
to have split windows all the time.

Sorry, didn't mean to post that here, I meant to email it to the person above. I didn't notice that reply-to line, but sure enough gmail did.
