Bug Description

Archive.getPublishedBinaries can be terribly slow, for example in OOPS-001dfae6f0aad35c408924627804f7ab.

It's still using BinaryPackageRelease.binarypackagename, despite most of the other filtering being on BinaryPackagePublishingHistory.
